SEARCHVOLUNTEERS IN SERVICE TO AMERICA
AVVA VISTA, or 'Volunteers in Service to America', is a program which affords AVVA the ability to keep realistic and accurate records of the 1000's of hours that our AVVA members spend volunteering in their communities and elsewhere. This program will help AVVA to fulfill our informational obligations to our tax records, and will also give us a clearer picture of what you are all doing out there! NOTE: Hours spent in representation of other organizations, such as VFW or American Legion, etc. cannot be counted.

THE HOURS FOR AWARDS FOR 2024 BEGAN ON MARCH 1ST, 2023. ALL HOURS YOU SPEND ON THE RECOGNIZED ACTIVITIES, WHILE REPRESENTING AVVA, CAN BE LISTED. HOURS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR 2024 FOR THE PERSON NAMED ON THE REPORTING FORM UNTIL FEBRUARY 29th, 2024.

The form that you must fill out and submit to the AVVA VISTA Coordinator can be found here.
Please follow the instructions in the policy and on the form. Once filled out, you can print, sign, and scan the form back into your computer, to be sent as an attachment to the email address provided on the form.
If you wish to mail the form, print and sign it, and mail it to the postal address found on the form.
